Hillary for President??
For a while now I have been wondering about the viability of a female presidential candidate in the U.S. Recent polls suggest that between 6-15% of Americans have a big problem with voting for a woman for President. If true, don't these numbers indicate a big problem on the horizon for a Clinton candidacy? The last few election have been decided by fairly thin margins and losing 6-15% of the voters right out of the box can't be good. I also have a suspicion that these numbers are under-polling the real feelings out there. I have not heard a word about this anywhere. Does this means that normal commentators are unwilling for some reason to mention it, or that I am an idiot. (I suspect the latter.)

Hillary is the only woman who can win the U.S. presidency. Most people don't even consider her a woman.
You might be correct; however, in appealling to women voters she will have to walk a fine line. If she appears overtly feminine to appeal to soccer moms, she might look to feminine and alienate a certain percentage of voters. Tough position to be in.
